Video Clips

Yep, these videos aren't so great and there are only a few of them.  Some are a bit dark, or show me looking like hell, but working on cars is hell sometimes, and I'm using a cheap camera, so it's an accurate depiction.  I wish I had more of them, but these will have to do.  I have resized and resampled them so they are easier to download and view, but it may still take a few moments for them to start playing depending upon your network connection.  This ain't YouTube!

November 2008 - It's done!  Here are some videos to show the car in its finished state.

September 2007 - The only assembly video I have.  Lots of pictures, only 1 video.  How sad.  Here I am just loving the process of having to weld above my head(never easy) to install the subframe connectors.  Two times my clothes caught on fire, which unfortunately was not caught on video!

July 2007 - The first time I attempted to drive the car around the block to check the transmission and suspension.  Obviously the front sheetmetal isn't installed, and you can see the Bonspeed wheels I bought originally for the car which I replaced later with the Budniks.

June 2007 -  The first time the engine was ever started.  I almost dropped dead when it fired right up.  Of course, getting it started and getting it running right have been two completely separate tasks!  The timing was off, there was a fuel and transmission line leak, the engine bogged bad, my original routing of the spark plug wires was a poor choice, etc, etc, etc, ...

December 2006 - We had just moved into our new home and I now finally had a garage to start disassembling the car.  Here's a few clips of me beginning the process of disassembling the car by starting with the rear axle removal.
