Congratulations on an excellent job. I use you as an inspiration to keep working toward my goals with my own 69 camaro. There are many parallels between your project and mine. (bought off e-bay, sight unseen, always been overly trusting of people, slightly dissapointed upon delivery, but feeling much better now, etc, etc.) We appear similar in age, and this is my first rodeo with car restoration, so again, I'm very grateful for your thorough documentation and excellent website. As you mentioned, I'm finding that helpful people are the most valuable resource. Can't thank you enough.

The best from start to finish camaro project I have ever seen. You did a fantastic job with your 69. I build Backdraft cobras and have a great passion for the 69 camaro. I'm on my 3rd build of a camaro and still have not done the details that you have done. Great job. I done one and now on my second high end build. I hope you don't mind if I use a couple of your ideas. Very well done.

Great meeting you today at the Coronado Speedfest. My son and I were there with the white/blue Mustang.
Excellent job on the Camaro. You really put maximum effort into making what can only be described as the cleanest, most well-built, and beautiful musclecar I've ever seen. It really makes me want to get serious with starting work on my own Camaro.
Thanks also for all the superb info on the website. Having a ready reference for what worked and didn't work can save all of us a lot of headaches.
Hope to see you at other shows,
Al and Andrew Garrett

I was at a tire shop a while back I saw your camaro in the magizine. It looks a lot like my car so I confiscated the magizine so I could read it later. I left the magizine in a car that I dont drive much so I forgot about it. Last week I found the magizine and read your story. I am really glad you posted this site as it has lots of great ideas.

Thank you,
Greg Martin
